Ashley
owner, lead planner
Ashley fell in love with the wedding process while charting the course of her own 2018 nuptials in Newport, Rhode Island. Following her heart she opened her own business in the summer of 2021 and it has been full steam ahead ever since. When you meet with Ashley you know instantly the personal touch she gives each and every one of her clients. She listens intently when meeting with you to the spoken and unspoken things said and interprets and articulates those ideas into the client's event down to the finest of details. Her background in Art lends a creative eye and leaves you stress free knowing every detail will be perfectly executed.
Ashley graduated from Roger Williams University as a double major in Education and Visual Arts. There she began her planning career as the Family Program Coordinator. She’s always had a love for learning and went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Special Education and a Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Providence College. Throughout the years she has also honed her skills by working in the hospitality industry for over a decade and planned countless events from school functions and themed parties to fundraisers and showers.

Ashley currently resides in Coventry, RI, in a home she designed, with her husband, beautiful fur babies, Teddi and Charlee. When Ashley is not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, painting and seeking new adventures.
Adrianna
Adrianna is a passionate event planning enthusiast with a degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. A member of the Ashley Lynn Events team since the beginning, Adrianna specializes in assisting with seamless and stress-free weddings, ensuring that every couples vision comes to life day-of.

One of Adrianna's greatest joys is watching couples light up as they see their dreams unfold on their wedding day. With a strong focus on flawless execution and personalized service, she works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, so clients can relax and fully enjoy their special day.

As a newlywed who planned and executed her own wedding, Adrianna brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to create the perfect celebration. With confidence, she hired the Ashley Lynn Events team to handle the details of her big day, allowing her to fully enjoy the moment without any stress-something the team strives to deliver for every couple they work with.

Renee
Out of college, with a BA in studio design and a minor in art history, Renee began her career
with Westin Hotels and Resorts which provided her with a strong foundation in business administration and the hospitality industry. With that and an entrepreneurial spirit, she opened her own business and has maintained that business while working for other companies.
Renee worked as a GM for a Boston-based seafood restaurant, GM of a RI lounge, assistant to the director of hospitality at ITHF in Newport and a consultant for the rebranding of a Newport Waterfront Restaurant.
Throughout her life, Renee has been a floral designer and currently owns The Flower Girl
Weddings. She has a love of all things wedding & events, arts & design. Renee has a keen eye for reading the room and utilizes that skill set to identify, prevent and, if necessary, correct any issue during an event. She has often said that working behind the scenes of a couples wedding day, witnessing the celebration of two families coming together in love is so rewarding and fulfilling on so many levels, it's an honor.
In her free time, Renee has a passion for historic home renovation, weight training and the culinary arts. Renee loves spending time with her two fur kids.
Katie
​With a natural talent for organization and a passion for creating seamless events, Katie thrives as a wedding day coordinator for Ashley Lynn Events. Her attention to detail ensures that every couple enjoys a stress-free and magical day, knowing that everything—from their favorite beverages to last-minute essentials like lipstick—is taken care of.
Before joining the wedding industry, Katie spent 18 years as a special education teacher, where she honed her skills in problem-solving, multitasking, and keeping calm under pressure. Her ability to think on her feet and adapt to any situation makes her a valuable asset on wedding days.
Outside of coordinating weddings, Katie enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, and going on adventures with her ten-year-old son. She is excited to be part of the Ashley Lynn Events team and loves helping couples create unforgettable moments on their special day.

Sarai
Sarai obtained her Bachelor’s degree in both Spanish and French and has had the opportunity to study in both Salamanca, Spain and in Orleans, France. She is currently a middle school language teacher. Sarai is passionate about traveling and has had the opportunity to explore Cuba, Ecuador, Germany and Italy just to name a few. Aside from being adventurous, Sarai is enthusiastic, personable and hard-working.
Sarai has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Her favorite part about working weddings is witnessing the genuine joy and love expressed by the couple on their special day, often including the emotional moments like exchanging vows, seeing the bride walk down the aisle, and the first dance. Also, Sarai loves having the opportunity to be a part of the beginning stages of a couple uniting.

In her free time, Sarai loves to work out and go for walks at Lincoln Woods. She enjoys cooking and watching a good mystery movie. She also appreciates spending time with her family and friends and never misses an opportunity to sing karaoke! Sarai is excited to join the team and looks forward to helping you on your special day!
Jen
Jen is a proud mom to an amazing 18-year-old daughter and a Senior Manager of Student Services for a large school district, dedicated to helping students thrive.
As a wedding coordinator, she finds joy in making dream weddings come true, ensuring every detail is perfect and every couples vision is realized. Jen is quick on her feet and adept at navigating challenges, always focused on delivering the best possible experience. She feels that there’s nothing more rewarding than helping people celebrate their love and creating memories that last a lifetime!

Jen is passionate about travel and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
